CimWorks UK Ltd do not store credit card details. We feel this is the best way to ensure security for customer details.
We do not retain details for selling on to Third Parties for the purposes of marketing.
A refund will only be given for Hardware items under the following conditions.
We delivered the item in Error
The item is received in a faulty condition. Under this condition the faulty goods should be returned to us within 30 days.
Refunds back to cards normally take 3-4 business days after receipt of faulty goods.
- Once started a maintenance agreement cannot normally be cancelled and refunded.
- Under certain special conditions, at the discretion of the CimWorks UK Management,
a cancellation may be considered, subject to an administration fee.
For Software and the relevant Maintenance Agreements please allow 2 working days for the electronic delivery of these items.
Precision Metrology Equipment
Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday are normally delivered the next working day.
Orders Placed before 12pm on a Friday will be delivered on the Following Monday.
Excluding Holidays in England and Wales.
Overnight delivery is priced at a flat rate of GBP 9.85
Software and Connectivity Hardware
For any other software or hardware ordered please allow 5 working days for delivery by courier if in stock.
If any items are out of stock please allow 14 days for delivery; we will contact you should the item you ordered out of stock.
Some Gauge Connectivity Products are not kept in stock and are ordered as required, these items can take 6 - 8 weeks delivery.
